was in my bed this morning then a sudden thought came to me, are all human selfish by nature?
Are they all destructive, barbaric? I really think so that we are. You maybe thinking nah that cannot be, but look at us, just in a relationship, friends, don't they come and find you only when they need something from you? They come to you when they are sad, or when you sad then you go to them.
Humans, the dominant species on this earth, however, we are the planet's greatest enemy. Don't you think so? we have been killing each other for centuries and centuries, since the first world war till the war in Iraq, all the big talks about keeping peace. How I see it is really just a excuse to go into another country and starts killing, all because of just 1 man's thirst for blood.
We are all so naive that we only believe what our eyes see, when we see 1 guy and 1 girl close to each other, first thoughts that came to our minds will be, they must be a couple in love. But wait, why is it that we see things so superficially? Can't they be just good friends? Siblings?
If only we can just all live together without much conflicts, this can be done, look at Singapore, they have like at least 4 different races on a tiny island, and their crime rate is like one of the lowest. at least 4 different religion on that island. So don't you think that the 'terrorist' that Bush branded is actually just an any other human? They have family too, why can't there be an organisation that actually allows all the leaders in the world to sort out their differences? Instead of seperating the children from the parents just to go into the army, sent them into the battlefield and die there?
Maybe that will never be possible, as human are destructive by nature. No matter how many lessons that history has presented to us to learn from our mistakes, we never will learn. If we look at History itself, we will know that no matter what country, we are all greedy, wanting our own country to be the most powerful. Too many Historic figures to name, Germany the famous Hitler, Mongolia the mighty Khan, China the Ruler Qin Si Huang and the list goes on.
Just wondering when will all the fighting will ever stops, cause right now it seems to me that the fighting will just go on and on. Pathetic race we are.
